Remain calm. We can still save the lives of almost one million people living in this city.
We do not know who designed these shelters, just know that the map reflect a circular form, ring-shaped, surrounding the city.
During these months, *Deep has indicated out hundreds of bomb shelters and the exact coordinates for easy recognition.
All fallout shelters have food to survive 7-8 years, a radio, and O2 detectors quality abroad.
SHELTERS – TYPE
-The Red painted shelters can accommodate 15-20 people.
-The Green painted shelters can accommodate 50-100 people and communicate with sewers as escape routes, (you can walk through them). Also this color shelters communicate with metro lines, parkings, and government buildings.
-The Shelters painted Blue can accommodate between 200-1000 people and offered inside vehicles, land, sea and air (see escape routes).
-The White shelters are venues, and inside there are schools and always have at several secret passages to the shelters of another color.
After the “one hour” (one hour after all shelters have been closed), there will be a video-call to all shelters to assess the damage and make a count of the survivors.
All fallout shelters required implant “behavior chip”. If any member starts to become violent or slightly competent with the group will receive a download that will immobilize, even cause death if it shows clear signs of violence. (In that case, carefully read the morgue)
BASIC STEPS TO COEXISTENCE
-Keep Calm. Only until the O2 quality indicators directed from abroad, may leave the shelters. It is quite possible no find humans out of shelters.
-To Prevent possible cyber attacks and thus the opening of shelters or other damage that endanger the lives of its inhabitants, shelters responding to a closed circuit whose technology is very basic.
-For a better organization, must make the psycho-technical tests for distributing the tasks and provide assurance group survival test.
Written by *Deep, good luck and be prepared for the nuclear age.
MORE STREET ART:HERE
One morning my grandfather came home. It was my tenth birthday. I remember I woke up with the sound of engine of a Ford mustang shelby of 67 . I ran down the stairs and i jumped out of the portal to fall into his arms. Quickly called my three best friends. Bobby, Charlie and Helen. And during all that day i sat on the knees of my grandfather.
He had traveled around the world!! even one night under the stars, he said me he walked on the moon. Although in my house there were many pictures of him, I never knew wich was my grandfather’s employment.
In the evening my grandfather took us to walk around New York Mounted on the “Ford mustang”. When we got home, my grandfather out from his pocket pulled out a small blue book. More gifts? I asked to my grandfather and he laughed. On its cover, a title. “Drawings and notes in a city without wind,” I asked where was this town, his name was Chernobyl.
We imagined a place where the sky was so white that make hurt, we imagined a place where life no exists near. A place where did not see hope.
